If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of bepk must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
